For World Spay Day held on Tuesday, February 28th, SNAP is joining animal shelters, spay/neuter clinics, and rescue organizations around the world in observance of this special day. SNAP is aiming to raise $20,000 to bring attention to the heartbreaking problem of animal overpopulation which leads to suffering and death of millions of companion animals each year, and to make spay/neuter accessible and affordable for the cats and dogs in our community. Just this year, SNAP has spayed/neutered 12,072 fur-patients and since our founding over 700,000.
