SNAP’s Ingram Road clinic has long been a lifeline for thousands of San Antonio families and their pets. However, the demand for affordable care has outgrown our current space. With the recent changes to our call center, we would like to use the adjacent suite to expand the clinic by an additional 1,600 square feet.
This expansion will:
• Increase surgical space by 50% and prep/recovery areas by 155%
• Enable 4,000 additional spay/neuter surgeries each year
• Improve workflow, safety, and recovery visibility for patients
• Allow us to serve 2,350 more families annually.
High-Level Outcomes of the Expansion:
• Empowerment: Increasing access to affordable spay/neuter and wellness services for low-income families.
• Animal Welfare: Reducing homelessness, suffering, and euthanasia through proactive population control.
• Health & Bonding: Promoting preventive care and strengthening the human-animal bond.
Outcome Goals:
• 4,000 more surgeries annually
• Maintain or improve complication and mortality rates
• Expand training opportunities for veterinary students and support staff
