Haze is an 11-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix. His “dad,” Raymond, and the family are still recovering from Hurricane Beryl and are financially strapped. In spite of that, they are committed to keeping Haze and his fur-siblings (two Chihuahuas and two cats) healthy. When they recently visited SNAP for a heartworm test and Bordetella (“kennel cough”) vaccine, Haze was very gregarious and proud to show off the tricks his dad has taught him.
