Spay/Neuter on healthy dogs and cats
Spay/Neuter on sick animals, other surgeries, animals with pre-existing conditions that could need tests, treatments or specific anesthetics protocol; animals with increase surgical complications risks due to age or breed. These pets would be best served by spay/neuter at a full service veterinary clinic.
Wellness exams
(healthy pet exams with focus on primary major organs only, with the goal to determine if pet healthy enough for vaccines)
Wellness full comprehensive exams (healthy pet exams examining all organs to determine a full health status)
Sick pet exams
Exam for chronic conditions monitoring
Vaccines without a Veterinarian exam.
Vaccines in dogs (rabies, dapp, bordetella, leptospirosis)
Vaccines in cats (rabies, fvrcp, leukemia)
Vaccines in other species
Additional vaccines/some vaccine not available due to shortages possible.
Minimal preventative care blood tests (Heartworm test – dogs, FIV/FelV test – Cats)
AMH test – blood test send to lab for hormone levels to screen an animal if suspected of already being spayed/neutered.
Comprehensive or advanced blood test screening.
Pre anesthetic blood screening – we do not offer blood screening prior to surgery. If you would like your pet to have screening prior to surgery (as a precaution, due to advanced age, or it has been previously recommended) – please visit a full service veterinary clinic for this service.
Heartworm, flea and tick prevention – only prescribed through our online pharmacy.
-Based on location some minimal heartworm, flea, tick medication product might be available at the clinic for purchase. Some of our clinics do not carry  product, please visit our location page for more details.
We do not prescribe heartworm, flea, tick medication without a current SNAP Vet exam.
We do not prescribe heartworm prevention in dogs without a current (less than a month old) negative heartworm test. Results must be provided or test must be re done.
If you have a negative test older than a month from another vet, or do not have results for your current test, we will not prescribe medication w/o a new test – in this case please visit the Vet who performed the test for your pet’s prevention.
WE DO NOT WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS FOR YOU TO USE AT YOUR PREFERED PHARMACY. If you would like a written prescription for your pet’s medication, you should see a full service veterinary clinic instead.
First line treatment of mild, acute skin, ear Issues and eye discharge.
(we can offer first line treatment for conditions like fleas, ticks, mild acute localized skin infection, mild acute ear infection, mild conjunctivitis)
We carry a minimal amount of medications for these conditions.
We cannot offer treatment for chronic or severe skin infection (secondary to allergy, open wounds/abscess that need surgery, generalized fungal infection, masses/tumors, cancers).
We cannot offer treatment for chronic (re occurring) or sever ear infections
We cannot offer treatment for chronic eye issues (cataracts, glaucoma, vision loss, dry eye or severe conditions like scratches, trauma, ulcers).
If we do not have the needed medication available and cannot get it through our online pharmacy – you will still need to visit a full service clinic for treatment and for any follow ups.

Nail trims – A SNAP Vet exam within 12 months is required prior to a nail trim. Record of current Rabies vaccine must be present.
Will not do nail trim without a current SNAP Vet exam within the past 12 months.
Will not do nail trim if pet not current on Rabies vaccine.
Will not do nail trim if pet too aggressive for our staff safe handling.
Anal gland expression – – A SNAP Vet exam within 12 months is required prior to a nail trim. Record of current Rabies vaccine must be present.
Will not do anal gland expression without a current SNAP Vet exam within the past 12 months.
Will not do anal gland expression if pet not current on Rabies vaccine.
Will not do anal gland expression if pet too aggressive for our staff safe handling.
