OPTIONAL SERVICES THAT CAN BE ADDED WITH SURGERY:

Canine Bordetella Vaccine – (Kennel Cough) Vaccine – Viral respiratory infection transmitted by infected dog. Recommended for all dogs that frequent dog parks, grooming facilities or boarding facilities. $25.00
Canine Leptospirosis Vaccine – Vaccine recommended for all dogs over 12 weeks old. Disease spreads through the urine of infected wild life. Dogs can contract leptospirosis by direct contact with the urine or infected soil and water and pass it to humans. $20.00
Feline Leukemia Vaccine – Vaccine recommended for all kittens and all new adult cats. Leukemia virus is the leading viral killer for cats and can cause cancerous growths and anemia, usually fatal. After the initial set of two is done; only cats with outdoor exposure will need to continue this vaccine in the future. $25.00
3-Year Rabies Vaccine – If your pet meets the legal requirements and provides necessary proof of previous vaccine, they might qualify for the 3-year vaccine at an additional cost. $30.00
Canine Heartworm Test – All dogs over the age of SEVEN (7) months old need a heartworm test performed yearly to screen for the disease that is transmitted by mosquitoes and causes heart failure. Current test is required for heartworm prevention prescriptions. We only prescribe through SNAP’s online pharmacy. $30.00
Feline Leukemia and FIV Test – Test recommended for all kittens over 8 weeks old and any adult cat entering new to a household. Repeat yearly on cats with outdoor lifestyle. $30.00
